Matt Owen
President

Matt has over 30 years of experience in the global aerospace industry. Matt has been an integral part of Aerofab since the beginning in 2008. Matt’s experience includes, operations, manufacturing engineering, quality, procurement and program management. As president of Aerofab, Matt oversees the day to day operations.
Robbie Robinson
VP Business Development
Robbie has 33 years of sales and marketing and business development experience in the global aerospace and defense industry specializing in design build and build to print structures. Throughout his career Robbie has worked with OEM, tier 1 and tier 2 companies ranging in size from $1B+ to $8M.

TJ Leroy
Head of Engineering Department
TJ has over 35 years in the global aerospace industry with a focus on manufacturing and NC programming. TJ has focused his skills on complex machined details and subassemblies. TJ is familiar with most CAD programs such as CATIA, NCL, NX and Mastercam. Aerofab’s primary programming software is CATIA.
TJ also provides support to Aerofab’s program management and procurement departments.
